BOSTON SEMINAR
SUBWAY DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT TO MARINER’S HOUSE

Picture
At the airport, proceed to baggage pick up.  Locate the subway kiosk marked by a large T in a circular sign.

At the kiosk, buy your ticket (at least two fares worth…one to get you into town and one to get you back to the airport.)  If you want to know more about buying tickets, go to the mbta website at:
  http://www.mbta.com

From there, go outside the airport and go to the stop that is for the airport shuttles.  Board the shuttle that says it stops at the subway station, also called the “T”.  The name of this subway spur is the Blue Line (do not get on the Silver Line).  Take the shuttle to the subway station and go to the tracks marked inbound.  Take the T two stops and get off at Aquarium.

When exiting the train, go to the station exit that points you in the direction of the Aquarium (not State Street).  Exit the station.  At street level, you should be facing a major street.  This is Atlantic.  Turn right and follow Atlantic (Old Tour Trolley offices should be on your right as your walk)

When you come to the intersection of Atlantic and Cross the street, keep going straight across the intersection until you come to Commercial Street.

Cross Commercial Street and turn right so that you are walking on Commercial Street.

When you come to Richmond Street, cross Richmond and turn left so that you are following Richmond.

Richmond will next intersect with Fulton.  Cross the intersection and stay on Richmond.

When Richmond intersects with North Street, go across the intersection and turn right on North Street.

Mariner’s House (11 North Square) is the house just after the Paul Revere House and is painted green.  You will see a plaque with the Mariner’s House name just to the right of the entry door.  Congratulations! You made it!  Come on in!  If you get lost, call me at 414-232-6603 or Mariner’s House at (617) 227-3979, 1-877-SEA-9494.  Check them out at
